Main Assembly

For the original Titan 540ix skid and high-rider versions. Item 4 is power cord 704-499 (skid) or 704-553 (high rider); item 14 is strain relief 765-063 (skid) or 704-369 (high rider). Items 8 and 9 are optional Xact Digital Control components. Items 12 and 13 apply to sprayers without Xact Digital Control. Fuse item 28 and labels are not pictured.

Drive Assembly

For the motor and drive shown in owner manual 313-2704A. Item 4 uses transducer 704-492A; item 6 uses packaged EPC 704-588A; item 7 uses motor 704-589A; item 8 uses packaged crankshaft and gear assembly 704-173A; item 11 uses packaged main housing 704-510A. Transducer jumper item 13, mounting screw item 14, lock washer item 15, and surge suppressor item 16 are not pictured.

Fluid Section / Pump

For skid fluid section 704-538 or high-rider fluid section 704-571. Foot valve housing item 19 is 704-054 (skid) or 730-511 (high rider). Item 7 uses current piston rod 704-551A and its catalog-listed aftermarket replacement. Piston assembly 704-560 includes items 7-12. Repacking kit, packing tool item 31, and optional PTFE valve-stem O-ring are listed after the pictured parts. Match your original pump parts before ordering.
