Main Assembly
For Impact 840 models 805-009 and 805-010. Items 10, 26-28, 30, and 31 are for the upright cart. Item 34 is the low-rider suction arrangement, detailed below. Shared screws appear at several callouts. Match your sprayer configuration before ordering.
Drive Assembly
For the Impact 840 motor, gears, and controller. Item 10 uses controller 805-840.
Upright Cart
For upright cart assembly 0552537A. Item 4 uses packaged weldment 0552538A in place of manual number 0552538. Item 7 appears on both sides of the wheel.
Fluid Section / Pump
For fluid section 805-236A, using the item numbers in manual 0552882D. Item 6 uses fitting 0508343; item 22 uses O-ring 762-058. Items 4 and 7 are included in repacking kit 805-1010 and have no separate part number in this manual. O-rings at items 9 and 10 appear in two places. Piston assembly 805-235A includes items 12-18. Repair kits and the insertion tool appear at the end of the list.
Filter Assembly
For filter assembly 805-269A. Item 11 uses current cam base 700-252B in place of 700-252. Item 3 includes standard and alternative mesh filters. Item 7, plug 800-908, has no confirmed catalog match and is not linked. The complete bypass valve assembly appears at the end of the list.
