Main Assembly - 640 / 640I / 640IA

For Impact 640, 640I, and 640IA. Item 1 is the standard 640 motor shroud; item 40 is the IntelliSync housing. Item 17 uses 805-225A for 640/640I or 805-263A for 640IA. Item 24 uses 805-844 for 640/640I or 805-843 for 640IA. Item 29 is the Digi-Trac display for 640/640I only. Item 5 uses 805-363A for skid or 805-404A for carts. Item 20 uses 805-207A for skid/low rider or 805-233A for high rider. Complete IntelliSync housings 2419744 (640I) and 2419745 (640IA) are not currently linked. IntelliSync Housing - 640I

For the 640I IntelliSync housing. The manual lists separate part numbers only for the label, enclosure gasket, power cable, and wire assembly. Cables are not pictured. Drive Assembly

Item 10 uses controller 805-838 for standard 640 or 2419746 for 640I/640IA. Match your model before ordering.

Fluid Section / Pump & Valves

For fluid sections 805-207A and 805-233A. Item 23 uses 805-216A for skid/low rider or 805-234A for high rider. Item 34 uses current cam base 700-252B in place of 700-252. Item 25 includes standard and alternative mesh filters. Packing, valve repair kits, and optional solvent-resistant O-ring appear at the end of the list.
