Main Assembly

For the original Titan 640ix skid, high-rider, and low-rider versions. Item 4 is cord 704-499 (skid) or 704-553 (rider models); item 14 is strain relief 765-063 (skid) or 704-369 (rider models). Item 19 is fluid section 704-537 (skid/low rider) or 704-554 (high rider). Items 8 and 9 are optional Xact Digital Control components; items 12 and 13 apply to sprayers without Xact. The Xact kit, fuse item 28, and labels are not pictured.

Drive Assembly

For the original 640ix motor and drive shown in manual 313-2465C. Item 4 uses current transducer 704-492A, item 8 uses packaged gear assembly 704-173A, and item 11 uses packaged main housing 704-526A. Surge suppressor item 13, transducer jumper item 14, mounting screws item 15, and lock washers item 16 are not pictured.

Item 8 uses current piston rod 704-551A and its catalog-listed aftermarket replacement. Piston assembly 704-560 includes items 8-13. Item 21 includes the standard filter and catalog-listed mesh alternatives. The repair kit, packing tool item 35, and optional PTFE valve-stem O-ring are listed after the pictured parts.
