- Sanitary Gaskets are used widely in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and all other Sanitary Process industries to seal clamp connections in sanitary pipe lines.
- Screen gaskets are commonly used to prevent solids and particulates from damaging equipment
- These gaskets are easy to install, clean, and maintain and provide effective filtration with minimal effect to flow
- 3A 18-03 sanitary standard
- Screen mesh is made of stainless steel 304 alloy
- Non flanged, type 1 style
- EPDM – A very stable rubber-like gasket that resists heat, oxidation and aging, with flexibility at low temperatures, -60°F to 300°F, commonly used in dairy processing, beverage production, food manufacturing and water treatment
- Silicone – Non-toxic and FDA-compliant, making it perfect for the food processing and medical industries, -50°F to 400°F, commonly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, medical device production and laboratory systems
